The Northern California Chapter of CCIM is proud to host the Fall 2016 Broker Forum focusing on the Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative in Contra Costa County. The Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative is a county-led regional economic development strategy with a goal of creating 18,000 new jobs by 2035.
This event is open to all CCIM and NAIOP members, East Bay Leadership Council members, elected officials, commercial real estate professionals, developers, commercial land owners , and city and county personnel.
The focus will be primarily on development opportunities located within the Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative cities of Hercules, Martinez, Concord, Pittsburg, Antioch, Oakley, and unincorporated communities We will hear from the major brokerage houses about the current development areas they have listed. Every city and the county will give an update on activities and programs to assist development. Ample networking breaks will give the opportunity to get specific deal and development questions addressed.
